  1. WOW! Thank you for having such nice things to say…my partner Iddi and I are humbly impressed and happy to read such things! We are very “connected” and love keeping in touch with our guests…it helps us to know what is needed and where we can improve. We have been in the business for a long time, but you are never done learning and never really an expert.

    We have the belief that America is made of all types and cultures of people, so American cuisine can really be influenced by a lot of different flavors. We just have fun and change the menu around weekly with the fresh items available…
